ALALELA – Shipping Policy

1. Scope
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed via the official ALALELA online store (www.alalela.com) and shipped to customers in Belgium, the European Union, and other supported destinations.
2. Shipping Partners & Options
We partner with Bpost and Mondial Relay in EUROPE and UPS outside EUROPE and for Express Delivery to ensure secure, tracked, and signature-confirmed delivery of your orders.
Bpost – Home Delivery (Belgium & EU)
Delivery to your home with two delivery attempts in case of absence.
Belgium: €5.00 for parcels up to 2 kg.
Other EU countries: €10.50 for parcels up to 2 kg.
Tracking number provided by email upon dispatch.
Mondial Relay – Home Delivery
Delivery to your home with two delivery attempts in case of absence.
Average delivery time: 3 business days (Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Germany, Austria, Italy, Portugal).
Rates from €5.90 (depending on weight and destination).
Mondial Relay – Pick-up Point Delivery
Delivery to a Point Relais® of your choice.
Average delivery time: 3 business days in Belgium & Luxembourg; 5–6 business days for selected EU destinations.
Rates from €5.00 for Belgium & Luxembourg.
Includes:
Signature upon collection.
Email/SMS notification when the parcel is ready for pick-up.
€25 insurance (shipping cost included) in case of loss or damage.
Important: We currently ship via Mondial Relay from Belgium only.
3. Delivery Destinations & Restrictions
We deliver to: Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Germany, Austria, Italy, Portugal, Poland, and other selected EU countries.
We do not deliver to: United Kingdom (shipments suspended until further notice), P.O. boxes.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times are averages and may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance (for non-EU shipments).

6. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 12:00 CET are usually shipped the same day.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or late, please contact us at support@alalela.com within 48 hours of receipt.
