Return Window
ALALELA accepts returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in line with Belgian and EU consumer protection laws.
Return Conditions
Products must be:

Unused and unopened,

In original packaging,
-
In resalable condition,
-
Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care items (e.g., soaps, sprays) are not eligible for return.
Return Procedure

Email us at returns@alalela.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

We will send return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs.
Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of refund approval.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Don’t hesitate to get in touch with returns@alalela.com with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect products. We will offer a prompt resolution.
