🏦 Return Policy 

Return Window

ALALELA accepts returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in line with Belgian and EU consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions

Products must be:

  • Unused and unopened,

  • In original packaging,

  • In resalable condition,

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care items (e.g., soaps, sprays) are not eligible for return.

Return Procedure

  1. Email us at returns@alalela.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

  3. We will send return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of refund approval.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Don’t hesitate to get in touch with returns@alalela.com with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect products. We will offer a prompt resolution.
